Beyhadh today has a teary eyed Maya asking Vandana if she is a wrong choice for Arjun. Vandana says no she is just perfect for Arjun. Maya asks her then why does Arjun never understand her love and why does he trouble her always. Vandana says Arjun gets angry pretty fast and that is the reason, she folds her hands saying sorry on behalf of Arjun. Maya says she a mother and mothers don’t say sorry, her duty was to look after Arjun when he was small and now her duty is over. Maya asks Vandana to stop worrying about Arjun as he is now her responsibility only. Maya walks away.
Vandana meets a broken Arjun who asks her if she thinks he beat Maya. He says he never hurts Maya, she herself does this to herself whenever she feels that he is going away from her. Arjun is broken that his love could not cure Maya. He tries to justify Maya’s actions before his mother by saying she was made this by the kind of childhood she had. He says only he can cure her and he is trying to do that. Vandana tries to reason with him saying nobody can be forced by anything to be or not be a certain way. But Arjun refuses to listen to her and says she would not understand what Maya went through. He says she is just ill and only he can cure her. As he walks away Vandana feels sorry for her son about where and what he has got himself into. She says Maya is not ill because if she was she would need medicines but she is evil and so she attracts so much of pain. She vows to show this evil side to Arjun.
On the other hand Maya pours her heart out hugging her own mother Jahnvi. She says she is contained now in the limits of Arjun’s love and if anyone tries to break this limit she would destroy them. Maya says that she accepted and loved Arjun with all his flaws then why could he not do so with her flaws.
Saanjh thinks about Vandana’s broken hand and hurts herself. Samay(Piyush Sahdev) reaches there and asks her what she is thinking about, Saanjh hides the truth and diverts the topic. She notices him covered in mud and asks who did this to him, he too diverts the topic and goes off to make something to eat. He makes noodles and hides an engagement ring in one of the bowls, thinking that he would do anything for Maya.
He serves it to Saanjh who hesitantly haves it, she silently sneaks away the ring without him noticing surprising him in the end as he thinks he lost it. She asks him since when was he planning this. Samay says since he got the instructions, indirectly implying Maya. Saanjh’s family comes in and add to the happiness as they all have received a proposal ring each from Samay. Samay goes down on his knees to proposa Saanjh and she says yes.
Vandana sees Maya asleep on Jahnvi’s lap and thinks this would be the right opportunity to message Saanjh. She comes to the hall and takes Maya’s phone and messages Saanjh that she is fine also not to message back on this number as this is Maya’s. As she keeps back the phone she hears a message come and thinks Saanjh replied, she takes it to see a message from unknown number saying the work is done. Further as Samay messages Maya that all is done as she wanted and he awaits her, Vandana reads it. She tries to memorise the number but is interrupted by Maya.
Maya asks her what she was doing with her phone. Vandana says she was just bringing this to her since it was ringing. Maya asks her to stop worrying about her and start worrying about herself.
Precap: Arjun is surprised to see Saanjh at Maya’s house. He asks her what she wants and Saanjh says she just came to invite Vandana for her and Samay’s engagement. Vandana throws garbage on Saanjh’s head when she asks for her blessings as Maya looks on.
